Below is a breakdown of guest capacity and estimated pricing options for our event packages. Please note that prices may change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances and specific requirements. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, we have flexible options to accommodate your needs. Choose the package that best suits your guest count and budget. Our Diamond Package also has the option to include the night before the wedding to accommodate 15 guests, including dinner and breakfast, at an additional cost of R30 900.

Important Wedding Notes

Please review the following important notes regarding your wedding arrangements

The Complete Diamond Package, priced at R72,450, includes accommodation for 2 nights, exquisite meals and personalised service, ensuring an unforgettable wedding experience.
- Accommodation for the Diamond Guest Package is available at a special rate of R220 per person per night for 2 nights, including lodging for 15 guests the night before the wedding and 32 guests, including the bride and groom, on the wedding night.
- Meals include dinner for 15 guests the night before the wedding, breakfast on the wedding day, and breakfast for 32 guests the day after the wedding.
Wedding Options: Diamond Package holders have exclusive venue options including KKE or various private settings like the deck at the KK Restaurant, the Cadillac with a dance floor, or the Car and Heritage Museum.
Booking Fee: A fee of R5000.00 is needed to secure your wedding date. This fee is non-refundable if the wedding is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled date.
Venue Options: Your ceremony, reception, and other wedding activities can take place at Plot 33 On the River, or Plot 65 in the Cadillac, the Car and Heritage Museum or the Pursuit Deck.
Parking: Discuss and confirm parking arrangements in advance for smooth logistics on the wedding day.
Accommodation: Accommodation is available at Plot 33 at KKE Guest Lodge on the Rivier . Guests are required to book in advance.
